I take sugar in my cup of crazy, thank you!

The more we ignore, the more grievous the illness becomes. Such is the state when all manner of activity goes unchecked.

I’m not talking about the kind of illness which infects the human body, but rather the body of a nation.

What you decide to think about and how you are able to influence varies by your ability to affect others. Sometimes a solution however well intended has serious negative consequences.

An individual may have reached a maximum personal level of tolerating intrusive behavior and take matters into their own hands without thinking through the consequences of their activities. Many of us have experienced the rude behavior of some cell phone users as they hold a conversation without regard to how loud they are or what they say in front of those within earshot.

Rider Jams Cell Phones on SEPTA Buses.

This man decided to do something about it while on public transportation. Many of us understand how annoying a private conversation on a cell phone can be when it elevates to almost shouting levels. Clearly this rider had enough but he didn’t consider the consequences of violating law and how he affects other riders.

The man, who calls himself Eric, doesn’t want to hear people talking on their cell phones in public. “It’s still pretty irritating and quite frankly it’s pretty rude,” said Eric. Eric says he fires up a cell phone jammer while on the bus that he bought online to shut down conversations he doesn’t want to hear.

According to federal law, it is illegal to use, own, buy or sell cell phone jammers. The Feds say breaking the law could result in jail time and up to a $16,000 fine. Cell phone jammers are illegal because of the public safety concerns.

The TSA Is Coming To A Highway Near You!

Just when you thought the TSA organization is well beyond the level of common sense and decency when they body search little children or older people with colostomy bags, we get more TTTT-errific news!

TSA officials like to routinely point out, their agency’s acronym stands for Transportation Security Administration, not the Airport Security Administration. This fact has extended the TSA’s reach has far beyond the confines of our nation’s airports.

Each soldier who calls Ft. Campbell home has gone through some of the most intensive training on the planet which pushed their minds and bodies to their physical limits. In the end, those who make the cut have earned the right to be part of our United States military, are honored to wear its uniform, and are serving on the frontlines in the fight against global terrorism.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for our nation’s Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) who Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano contends are our nation’s last line of defense in fighting domestic terrorism.

In the dead of night, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) administratively reclassified airport security screeners as Transportation Security Officers. The TSA then moved to administratively upgrade TSOs uniforms to resemble those of a federal law enforcement officer. They further completed the makeover with metal law enforcement badges. Not surprisingly, government bureaucrats at the TSA left out one crucial component during the artificial makeover – actual federal law enforcement training as is required of Federal Air Marshal’s.

While TSOs may have the appearance of a federal law enforcement officer they have neither the authority nor the power. If a passenger brings a loaded gun or an explosive device into an airport screening area there is nothing a TSO can do until the local police step in to save the day.

Really; they who are solicited through pizza box advertisements are our last great hope? Gawd help us all!

Energy Secretary Chu Admits Administration OK with High Gas Prices.

Our federal government has been lead by some of the most inept people witnessed in the last 50 years. As a follow on to the story I focused on the 28th, whereby the Whitehouse Press Secretary stated “the truth should come out abroad; it shouldn’t come out here”, we have more great news from the social engineers leading our nation and its future of designer poverty.

Chu admitted to a House committee that the administration is not interested in lowering gas prices.

Chu, along with the Obama administration, regards the spike in gas prices as a feature rather than a bug. High gas prices provide an incentive for alternate energy technology, a priority for the White House, and a decrease in reliance on oil for energy.

Oh it’s great when you artfully feign concern for the working class while you skillfully raise the price of the basic necessities and pontificate about a healthy economy with clean energy. Nice one, can I have another one, sir!

Extend and Pretend Coming to an End

A constant cash flow is required for food, clothing, utilities, telephones, mortgage or rent, real estate taxes, home repairs, income taxes, payroll taxes, car payments, gasoline, auto repairs, insurance payments, medical bills, appliances, electronics, education, and countless other everyday expenses. If the outflow exceeds the inflow a family may be able to fund the deficit with credit cards for awhile, but ultimately running a cash flow deficit will result in debt default and loss of your home and assets.

This isn’t so according to the way our government leadership thinks. The Federal government, Federal Reserve, Wall Street banks, regulatory agencies and commercial real estate debtors have colluded since 2008 to pretend cash flow doesn’t matter. Their plan has been to “extend and pretend”, praying for an economic recovery that would save them from their greedy and foolish risk taking.

You have to admire the resourcefulness of the vested interests in disguising disaster and pretending that time will alleviate the consequences of their insatiable greed, blatant criminality and foolish risk taking. Extending bad loans and pretending they will be repaid does not create the cash flow necessary to actually pay the interest and principal on the debt.

Welcome to the Jungle
